Embroidered badges are an extremely popular product with our club customers. We have all types of club from archery clubs, swimming clubs, gold clubs and cricket clubs ordering embroidered badges.
Many of our cricket and football club order larger size embroidery badges at approximately 80 mm diameter size as this is the perfect size for their jacket pocket. Some customers choose to sew on their embroidery badges onto their jacket whilst others prefer to have an iron on back embroidery badges.
We find that with swimming clubs the badges are a lot smaller and approximately 30 mm diameter. The badges usually have the award or level that they have just achieved. On the club embroidery badges it’s usually the club logo on the badge.
All of our badges are machine stitched. However, we also provide wire embroidered badges which are extremely intricate and have an amazing finish to them. The centre of the wire embroidered badges are raised, giving the wire embroidery badge a 3D effect. Wire bullion thread is used to create the boarder for the embroidered badges.

Please note that there are two types of embroidery process – woven badges and wire embroidery badges. Woven badges are manufactured with different threads woven together whilst embroidery badges are made up of threads which are then stitched together on a background.
