We make the process of ordering our products effortless, all you need to do is send us your idea, approve the design and then receive your order, yes it’s that simple!
Your Idea
Please send us your logo or artwork, it can be a photograph, a print screen image, a letterhead or business card, a physical sample or even a simple hand drawn sketch. No artwork? Don’t worry we will be able to create a design from your brief. We accept all files including .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .gif, .psd, .tif, .zip.
Your Design
Our team will then work with you to produce a FREE design, this can be a replica of an existing product or we can use your artwork to produce a totally new custom design. If you are unsure, we are more than happy to discuss ideas with you until you are completely satisfied with your design.
Your Order
Once you approve your design, we will place your order and our factory get straight to work! Our products are made using the latest technology and will go through rigorous checks so they meet the expected standard. Once satisfied, the products are individually and securely packaged and will be delivered to your desired address.

Cloth Badge Guide
Most commonly known as Cloth Badges or Embroidered Badges, these are ideal for Schools, Military, Clubs and Associations
Embroidered Badges
Embroidered badges have a twill base and the design is machine embroidered into the base using a thread which creates a raised texture. These come in a “sew on” or “iron on” however other backings are available.
Woven Badges
Woven Badges use a thinner thread to the more popular Embroidered Badge and are perfect for an intricate or complex design. The badge is woven therefore can reproduce colour gradients and blends and produces a smooth finish. These come in a “sew on” and “iron on” however other backings are available.
Wire Embroidered Badges
Wire Embroidered Badges are hand crafted by skilled workers who produce a much sturdier and thicker embroidered badge as they use additional materials such as bullion, beads and other metallic threads. This adds a premium high class finish to the badge and is available as a “sew on”.
