Terms and Conditions

Placing an Order

We will not start production of any order until all artwork has been approved by the customer. We will assume that the customer has all rights to use any artwork that has been submitted and approved. An order is not considered placed until it is accepted by us and we have sent confirmation that the order has been placed.  I4C Publicity reserves the right to decline acceptance of any order.

Pre- Production Samples

Where a sample of the bespoke product has been provided and approved by the customer before the full order is placed, I4C Publicity takes no responsibility for any inaccuracies.

Prices

I4C Publicity reserves the right to modify their prices at any time and without notice. Once a quote is made, it will remain valid for 30 days.

Payments

For first time orders, payment will be required before the delivery of goods. For all other orders, credit is available at the discretion of I4C Publicity Ltd. In this instance, payment must be made in full within 30 days from the invoice date. Beyond this 30 day period, I4C Publicity may commence legal proceedings for non-payment of goods, any costs and disbursements arising therefrom shall be payable by the customer on a full indemnity basis.

Tax Charges

Where applicable, VAT is charged at the current rate. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Delivery

Delivery charges will apply, dependent on order size, weight and delivery location. I4C Publicity accepts no responsibility for delayed or failed delivery that is caused by inadequate delivery instructions from the customer.

Refund Policy

As each I4C Publicity product is made to order. We cannot offer a refund unless the product does not match the approved artwork or if the product is physically faulty. Please note that faulty products will be subject to inspection and must be returned before a refund can be issued.

Offensive Material

I4C Publicity may refuse to process orders where the content is deemed to be offensive or is likely to incite hatred.
