• By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions and all the rules and guidelines.

• The Promoter of this competition is i4c Publicity, Coventry, CV4 8JA.
• i4c Publicity is offering 100 custom pin badges , soft enamel, 25mm, up to 4 colours on a nickel plate with clutch pin fitting manufactured to your design, supplied individually bagged.
• Only one entry per Instagram account will be valid and entries from accounts made specifically for giveaways will not be accepted.
• i4c Publicity reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this competition however an Instagram account is needed.
• The competition will run from 5:00 PM on 12/03/18 and closes at 5:00 PM on 31/05/18.
• There will only be one winner and all prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash prize alternative will be offered.
• A winner will be selected from all valid entries received before the closing date.
• The winner will be notified within 5 days of the closing date via our Instagram account and an Instagram direct message to the account from which they reposted the relevant picture.
• If the original winner fails to respond to our direct message within 7 days we will pick another winner from the remaining valid entries.
• If any winner declines the prize or fails to respond within the required time, they forfeit any right to the prize.
• The winner can then brief their design and we will create a visual drawing for approval, once approved the design will be manufactured.  Delivery times are 4 weeks from approval.
